Please read carefully and ensure you understand and agree with the following terms before proceeding with your order
- All Portrait commissions are accepted subject to the artist's current workload, however every effort will be made to meet the client's desired schedule.
- A deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid on receipt of the artist's acceptance of the commission. Work on Portrait will only commence once this payment has been confirmed as received. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
- The artist's aim is to meet or exceed the client's expectations in every Portrait undertaken. Your portrait will be guarenteed a strong likeness, however this will be directly related to the submitted photo. Please note that you are commissioning an Original Art-Piece which is the artist's interpretation of the subject in the artist's professional style and is not intended to be a photographic replica of the subject.
- All final payments must be complete before any portrait will be shipped.
- The artist will be responsible for securely packaging all shipments of artwork, but cannot take responsibility hereafter for delayed, lost or damaged shipments. For added security, shipments are sent by Registered Mail, unless requested otherwise.
- All rights to the artwork created by the artist shall remain with the artist and may be used by the artist in the future in web or print format as samples of the artist's work. However, privacy will be respected and names or details shall never accompany artwork or be disclosed at any time. If in the rare event where a client wishes strongly to be exempt from this, please notify in writing.
- Payment is made online through PAYPAL in which you can pay securely with your credit/debit card. It is not necessary to have a PAYPAL account to make a payment through PAYPAL. At no time will PAYPAL, your bank or jportraits.net ask you to disclose or confirm your credit/debit card passwords by e-mail or by telephone, so refuse and report any such requests. Payments by Cheque or International Money Order may be accepted depending on where you are located.
- At no time will your personal details collected on this site be disclosed to a third party for any purpose. Your details are collected purely for Order Processing purposes only.
- In the event of any monies refunded, a 3.5% charge will incur. This is the PAYPAL charge for transactions of which the artist has no control over.
